Located in the Westdale area near Beverley, approximately 100km South East of Perth in Western Australia this area has a Mediterranean climate similar to central Italy.

The property consists of 300 acres with granite outcrops and soils containing decomposing granite, gravel sands rich in natural minerals plus other eroded soils from the surrounding hills.

Starting from a bare paddock, the necessary infrastructure was built and machinery acquired for the set out and planting of both the olive grove and vineyard.

Initially, 1400 assorted Mediterranean varieties of Olive trees were planted and once these were established, a vineyard, planted primarily with Sangiovese vines was completed.
